At Kantox, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing commercial team and play a key role in expanding our presence in the Logistics sector — one of the most dynamic and globally exposed industries when it comes to foreign exchange.

We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and achievement-oriented sales professional with experience in Logistics & Supply chain, to drive the growth of our FX automation solutions in this vertical. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with C-level decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors), and guiding them through the sales process to demonstrate how Kantox can add strategic value to their international operations.

About the team

As a part of the Sales team you'll work jointly with our Customer Success Managers, our marketing team, the middle office operations team and the product management team. As we understand the customer requirements best, we lead the internal team to provide a great customer experience, find new use cases for our solutions and provide valuable input for future products.

Your mission within Kantox

Reporting to the Global Industry Sales Director you will have responsibility for the following:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of logistics companies with strong international operations
  • Identify key stakeholders (CFOs, Group Treasurers, Financial Controllers) and understand their FX workflows
  • Educate prospects on currency risk and how Kantox can improve their financial performance through automation
  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations with clear financial impact
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding and high long-term value

Who you are

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sectors

OR       

  • 5+ years of experience as a consultant at a leading consulting or logistics company
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to C-level stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the Logistics ecosystem
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders

Desirable Experience:

  • Strong background with in finance, economics or business administration
  • Familiarity with consultative and value-based sales methodologies
  • Understanding of financial concepts such as hedging, FX exposure, and exchange rates
  • Strong self-management skills and ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
