Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that defines and elevates the OSL brand in the digital asset and fintech industries.
- Messaging & Positioning: Develop and refine brand messaging and positioning to effectively communicate OSL's value proposition and differentiate us from competitors.
- Internal Corporate Communication Alignment: Ensure alignment of internal corporate communications with brand messaging, fostering a cohesive understanding of the brand among employees and stakeholders.
- External Communication Coordination: Collaborate with the PR team to ensure external communications are consistent with brand messaging and positioning, reinforcing OSL’s reputation in the marketplace.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of branding and communications professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation while ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and sales to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and refine branding initiatives, fostering partnerships that promote the brand.
- Event Planning and Management: Lead the planning and execution of brand-related events, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy and enhance OSL’s visibility and engagement in the industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications in branding/marketing is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand and corporate communication management and events, with a strong grasp of the crypto, digital asset and fintech landscapes.
- Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies that enhance recognition and drive customer engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation, generating new ideas to advance brand evolution.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance standards within the digital asset sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), adept at crafting compelling narratives and collaborating with diverse teams.
