About the Role
As a Business Analyst at Amartha, you will play a key role in our growing Partnership Lending division. In this hybrid role, you’ll be at the forefront of digital product development—shaping strategy, streamlining operations, and enhancing the user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn data and market insights into impactful business initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, data, and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and development by defining product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics, while identifying opportunities based on market trends and customer insights.
  • Ensure operational excellence by managing daily operations, optimizing processes, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) through dashboards and analytics.
  • Lead project execution across teams, managing stakeholder communication, gathering requirements, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of initiatives.
  • Translate data into insights by leveraging analytical tools and market research to inform strategic decisions and validate product assumptions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Operations, and Partnership teams to align business goals with product development and execution.

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or operations—preferably in fintech, lending, or digital services.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Solid analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business actions.
  • Experience with digital financial products.
  • Familiarity with tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
