Provide the priority services to VIP Customers by different channels in Premium Service Centre.
Be the dedicated site visit ambassador for agents and customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience during their visits.
Coordinate with both internal teams and external providers on permits application, hotels accommodation booking, and transportation arrangements for customer.
Organize all relationship building customer activities/events with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in providing quality services and financial solutions to customers and satisfy their needs.
Support all rounded center administrative and maintenance functions.
Degree holder in Business, Banking & Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 3 year of Client Relations, Administrative experience gained from Banking, Financial service industry is preferred
Self-motivated, independent and client-focused
Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
