Role Description
· Connect with our customers through phone calls, emails, and personal interactions to understand their readiness and capability to make payments.
· Keep track of your daily activities, including the number of calls made, successful contacts, payment promises made, and those kept, all using the Bank’s designated Collections system.
· Work together with customers to create effective payment plans and settlements that help keep their accounts on track.
· Address customer objections and complaints with professionalism, coordinating with relevant departments as needed to find resolutions.
· Look into and resolve any discrepancies in customers' payment schedules and repayment methods.
