The purpose (in a nutshell) of the CRM Senior Data Analyst role is working as part of the IPF Digital Hub marketing team. You will be a key player in shaping and driving the data strategy behind our CRM efforts. This role requires a strong focus on delivering high-impact business outcomes by leveraging data-driven insights to inform CRM strategies, optimize customer engagement. You will be expected to manage your work independently, collaborate across various departments, and actively contribute to business growth and budget management.
In this senior role, your ability to independently analyze complex data, forecast marketing cost, and influence key business decisions will directly impact the success of CRM performance. You will also take on a significant responsibility in shaping and monitoring the CRM budget, ensuring that all data-driven initiatives are aligned with financial objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
As a CRM HUB team member, you will support 6 IPF Digital markets that we are operating on.
Your daily tasks:
- Provide in-depth analysis of customer data to uncover actionable insights that drive marketing strategies, optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build end-to-end automated reporting and analytical solutions using Python, SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Deliver detailed and strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, helping to inform critical business decisions across departments.
- Continuously monitor and assess CRM metrics and recommend optimizations to improve business performance.
- Play a crucial role in shaping the CRM strategy, with direct responsibility for assessing, forecasting, and optimizing the CRM budget.
- Monitor the financial performance of CRM initiatives, ensuring that projects stay on track and deliver measurable returns.
- Work closely with the finance and marketing teams to align data analysis with budgetary goals, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs while maximizing revenue from customer segments.
- Ensure that CRM activities are continuously delivering against business objectives, with a focus on maximizing the business impact of each initiative.
- Lead efforts to define and refine customer segments, utilizing advanced data analytics to target high-value prospects and engage existing customers more effectively.
- Analysing user’s actions, behaviour and habits using internal Data warehouse, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other data reports
- Work autonomously while maintaining close collaboration with key stakeholders across multiple departments, including marketing, sales, customer service, and IT.
- Ensure seamless data integration between departments to support CRM and broader business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to business leaders and other teams, influencing strategic decisions and helping shape the direction of cross-departmental projects.
- Take a lead role in managing CRM data tools and ensuring data quality, integrity, and effective use across departments.
- Support the integration of new data sources and tools, ensuring that systems align with business goals and provide actionable insights.
- Lead the adoption of data best practices, continuously improving internal processes and workflows related to CRM analytics.
- Lead strategic data initiatives, driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance CRM effectiveness and improve business outcomes.
- Independently manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Be flexible and pragmatic about how you spend your time, balancing a broad range of business needs to ensure that the business is successful in growing in a cost-effective way

Skills
- Fluent in verbal and written business English (you will be part of international team)
Strong understanding of CRM strategies, customer lifecycle management, and financial performance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals and financial targets.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations that impact business strategy.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Teams, face-to-face)
- An advanced ability to design and implement complex , multisource report for different users group
- Python programming skills
- Ability to work on the pressure of tight deadlines
- Project Management skills
- Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics techniques is a plus.
Knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of SQL queries and data bases
- Advance SQL query optimization on MS SQL server and Snowflake
- Python (intermediate)
- Advance Excel with VBA
- Advance Tableau ( experience in dashboard creation from data source to final Report)
- Power BI
- Sharepoint (intermediate)
- 3 years + of experience in SalesForce Marketing Cloud or other campaign management tool
- Google Analytics 360
- BitBucket (intermediate) or other version management tool
- Familiarity with process management tool Jira (advance user)
- ETL tool knowledge (eg. SSIS)
Experience
- At least 3 year extensive experience CRM Reporting in Financial or eCommerce sector (Fintech a plus),
- Independent reports design and delivering

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economicor mathematical educational and practical (minimum 3 years) experience in finance industry CRM data analysis.
