Overview: We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Executives to join our newly established team in Malaysia. As part of OSL, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our growing customer base.   • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage, track, and resolve customer interactions.
  • Handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in customer service processes.
  • Work in shifts to ensure 24/7 service coverage.

  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services; crypto experience is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and excellent communication skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus.
  • Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
