- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage, track, and resolve customer interactions.
- Handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in customer service processes.
- Work in shifts to ensure 24/7 service coverage.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services; crypto experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and excellent communication skills.
- Languages: Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus.
