About the Role
As a Data Operations Officer at Amartha, you will play a vital role in supporting new business models and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our partnership lending processes. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining borrower data, identifying credit quality, and ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation. This role is especially important as we expand into new areas such as Telco Paylater (Indosat, Telkomsel) and Modal, which currently require manual operational support.

Job description:

  • Assess and identify the credit quality of new applicants for partnership lending.
  • Oversee the end-to-end data process for partnership lending borrowers, including registration, disbursement, repayment.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of partnership lending loans and collaborate with the Finance team for reporting.
  • Monitor and manage changes in the borrower data for Modal products.
  • Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks, meeting end-of-day targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve operational workflows and address inefficiencies.
  • Adapt to evolving systems and contribute to their development by identifying operational gaps.

  • Proficient in SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in handling data discrepancies and workflow issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination across departments.
  • Highly adaptive and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
