About the role:

As a member of the Direct Sales Team in viva.com, you will be responsible for converting both in-bound and self-sourced sales leads into viva.com merchants for card terminals and related merchant acquiring services. You will be providing a first-class sales service, aligned to customer needs and acting as a trusted partner.

More specifically, as a Direct Sales Executive, you will:

  • Manage and organize diaries effectively
  • Handle objections with resilience and persistence
  • Adopt a results-driven approach with strong self-drive
  • Work under pressure to achieve sales targets

To be considered you should have:

  • Expertise in B2B sales or high value B2C sales
  • Strong organizational and diary management skills
  • Resilience and persistence, able to handle sales objections effectively to achieve win-win outcomes
  • A results-driven approach and strong self-drive, along with the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets
  • Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially
  • Excellent use of English

Desirable:

  • Ability to understand, demonstrate and communicate web-based software products
  • Ability to deal with a diverse client base
  • Additional language skills of Turkish, Mandarin or Cantonese would be beneficial although not essential
  • A competitive salary and uncapped bonus scheme with a realistic OTE of upto £70,000 per annum
