About the Role

As an Event & Partnership Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of event marketing initiatives and partnership collaborations. This role provides hands-on experience in event management, brand partnerships, and cross-functional teamwork. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help drive brand engagement and deliver impactful event experiences.

Job Description:

  • Assist in shaping and evolving the brand’s identity through strategic events and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, creative, product, and communications—to translate business goals into impactful brand initiatives.
  • Execute event calendars and manage all aspects of event operations, including logistics, timelines, and coordination.
  • Support the planning and implementation of partnership initiatives to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Conduct research on potential speakers, vendors, venues, and other relevant third parties.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities aligned with the brand’s vision.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to event planning and partnership execution.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of event and partnership activities.
  • Previous internship or experience in event marketing, partnerships, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on creating engaging and valuable experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar tools.
