This role is critical for maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our facilities, ensuring they meet both the operational needs of our employees and support the company's mission to drive responsible financing and enhance customer experiences.

What you will do

  • Oversee daily operations of the facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all employees.
  • Manage all aspects of building operations including security, maintenance, cleaning, and space planning.
  • Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.
  • Monitor facility budgets and expenditures to ensure cost-effective management of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to adapt workspace design and layout in support of operational requirements.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a telecommunications or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility management.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and emergency response planning.
