We are people-light and technology-heavy and your role is to work as part of the IPF Digital Hub Data Team. We are a business that offers online lending & mobile wallet solutions under the brands Credit24 and Creditea, operating in Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Czechia, Australia and Mexico.
In your role, as part of the Hub Data Analytics team, you will be focused on Financial Control area that gets a buzz from seeing a direct impact between the results of applying analytics on Business decisions.
This will be a varied role so you will need to be comfortable managing, analyzing, and visualizing data, developing data products, and providing and presenting recommendations for strategic decisions and actions. We expect 5+ years of relevant work experience.
We work in hybrid mode: twice a week from the office (located in Warsaw near Dworzec Zachodni).
Your daily tasks:
- Provide advanced analytical support as required on an ad hoc basis
- Build end-to-end automated reporting using MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Python and Tableau/PowerBI
- Design clear data visualizations and report layouts
- Participate in developing of financial data models for month end closure
- Provide testing for data coming from source systems and contained in financial data marts
- Drill into details, noticing key trends and patterns across the business
- Calculate settlements for Brokers and Affiliates
- Present and automate reports, analyses, and recommendations to the Finance area
- Maintain and ensure effective and high-quality reporting, being open to feedback
- Always look to do the best to propose insights and new ideas
So, what skills, knowledge, and experience do you have?
- Advanced knowledge of SQL analytical functions
- Knowledge of Python analysis packages (pandas, numpy)
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting
- Ability to turn insights into action
- Innovative and inquisitive
- Polish level C1 or higher
- English level B1 or higher
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Positive mindset – ‘can-do attitude’
Nice to have:
- Experience in using Snowflake
- Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Jira, Confluence and GIT
