About the Role

Join the CEO Office at Kriya as a Founder Associate, where you'll drive high-priority initiatives, solve complex problems, and support the CEO in achieving strategic goals. This role is perfect for a highly analytical, commercial, and methodical self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead critical commercial and product-focused projects that shape Kriya’s growth.
  
  
• Manage and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, investors, and external stakeholders.
  
  
• Identify challenges, conduct analysis, design solutions, and execute initiatives with autonomy.
  
  
• Work cross-functionally to operationalise ideas and turn them into reality.
  
  

• Collaborate across teams to tackle complex, high-impact business problems.
  

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in commercial, product, strategy, or operations roles (consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar).
  
  
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and navigate stakeholder interactions.
  
  
• A track record of excellence, top performance, and project leadership.
  
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
  
  
• A curious, structured thinker who can break down complex problems and leverage data.
  
  
• Clear, concise communication skills (both verbal and written).
  
  

• A strong work ethic and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
