Fresh Grad Hire - Financial Product Manager (Account & Funding Solution)

Responsible for product planning of global multi-market securities account, funding, compliance and other business systems. Drive business growth by optimizing system architecture and enhancing user experience.

Collaborate closely with design, development, and operations teams of global branches to deliver cross-departmental project integrations and system launches.

Conduct user research and competitive product analysis, working with global operations teams to collect internal and external requirements.

Analyze user and business data, gain insight into potential problems and propose effective solutions to optimize core metrics.

* 2024 or 2025 graduate in Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or related fields. Strong interest in securities investment preferred.

* Clear logical thinking, strong empathy, data sensitivity, and attention to detail.

* Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) as a working language.

* High sense of responsibility with excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills.
