As the Head of Cards Systems, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Renmoney's card payment systems. You will lead a team dedicated to providing innovative card solutions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall strategy, operation, and execution of card systems and programs.
  • Lead the design and implementation of card payment solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to card processing and transactions.
  • Oversee technical architecture and integration of card systems with internal and external platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues within the card payment system.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote security, fraud prevention, and risk management within all card operations.
  • Provide leadership and development for the card systems team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management outlining system performance, key issues, and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in card systems management, payments technology, or related fields, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of card payment systems, processing, and related technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale technology projects and teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the payments space (PCI DSS, AML, KYC).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a significant advantage.
