As HR Partner in our company you will:

    • Keep the company updated about local labor market changes
    • Ensure that all the processes work correctly (recruitment, onboarding, performance review, development, retention, etc.)
    • Support and actively participate in local and global recruitment activities
    • Consult company management, providing HR guidance
    • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
    • Manage employees communication and feedback
    • Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
    • Identifies key strengths and focus areas, drives the implementation of impactful initiatives
    • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention
    • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
    • Relevant experience in HR 3+years within an international company
    • Systematic HR approach and knowledge
    • Interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail as well as strong communication skills
    • Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • English proficiency (both spoken and written).
