1. 参与产品需求分析,深入挖掘需求,研究项目技术细节,完成系统设计及数据库设计;
2. 根据公司要求规范,编写相关技术文档;
3. 解决项目中出现的问题难题,以及系统的性能优化;
4. 定期总结和分享工作中沉淀的经验和成果;与团队成员的保持良好的沟通、交流。

1. 代码编写规范,编程基础扎实,逻辑思维能力强;
2. 精通Java语言,了解JVM原理,有JVM性能调优经验尤佳;
3. 熟悉主流开源框架,如SpringBoot、MyBatis、 SpringCloud、Dubbo等;
4. 熟悉数据库设计和开发,熟练使用Mysql,良好的SQL编写和优化能力;
5. 有金融工作经验、大型互联网公司、英语沟通能力优先。
