Your Role as a Junior KYC Officer

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance and due diligence while working in a fast-paced financial environment. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining KYC records using internal and external data sources.
  • Reviewing and assessing client onboarding procedures, ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies.
  • Verifying KYC documents with a keen analytical mindset.
  • Paying attention to detail and challenging existing processes to improve efficiency.
  • Exercising good judgment in due diligence and enhanced due diligence assessments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in financial markets, banking, or a similar sector.
  • Strong English skills (both written and spoken).
  • A curious, driven, and motivated mindset, eager to contribute to an international team.
