We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Travel Operations Agent to support our global travel operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service. Youโ€™ll play a key role in providing 24/7 support to ensure all travel logistics run smoothly and efficiently.

What you will do

  • Assist with booking and coordinating travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas for employees or clients.
  • Monitor and support travelers before and during their journeys, handling last-minute changes, disruptions, or emergencies.
  • Provide real-time assistance to travelers across time zones as part of a 24/7 support team (working on a rotating shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Communicate with travel providers, agencies, and partners to confirm itineraries and resolve booking issues.
  • Ensure adherence to internal travel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and assist with travel expense tracking.
  • Keep up with travel advisories, visa regulations, and airline policies to offer informed support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of travel processes and customer satisfaction.

What you will bring

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Any bachelorโ€™s degree will be considered a plus
  • Previous experience in travel coordination, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness and availability to work in a rotating shift pattern (covering 24/7 operations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of travel booking platforms or willingness to learn.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
