Manager, Accounting & Reporting Specialist
OSL- Prepare a full set of consolidated financial statements independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
- Review and analyze financial data from all subsidiary and affiliate entities.
- Assist with month-end procedures, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations and schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, facilitating audits and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including tax planning, filing and statutory reporting.
- Continue to improve the financial reporting process and quality and other operational finance processes.
- perform as-hoc projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably in a commercial environment with a focus on Hong Kong-listed companies.
- Audit background and CPA designation are strongly preferred.
- Experience in the crypto industry is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting systems such as NetSuite or similar, with a strong ability to leverage technology for financial management.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a track record of delivering high-quality financial insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and face auditors confidently.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
