The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase user engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills to position ZainCash as the leading mobile wallet and digital payments provider in Iraq.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with ZainCash's business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to expand market share.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Strengthen the ZainCash brand identity through consistent messaging, visuals, and storytelling.
  • Lead brand positioning efforts to enhance credibility and customer trust in digital financial services.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collaterals, advertisements, and PR initiatives.
  • Manage social media channels, content marketing, and online engagement strategies.
  • Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track user behavior and optimize conversion rates.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services, ensuring successful launches.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling marketing messages.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and position ZainCash’s offerings effectively.
  • Work with key stakeholders, including telecom operators, financial institutions, and merchants, to enhance ZainCash’s visibility.
  • Develop strategic alliances and sponsorships to increase brand reach and user adoption.
  • Represent ZainCash at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Monitor marketing expenses and ROI, adjusting strategies for maximum efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent professional certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, banking, telecommunications, or digital services.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
  • Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer acquisition.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the Iraqi financial services market and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
