Your Mission
As a Marketing Automations Specialist, reporting into the Director of Marketing operations, you will be the backbone of our marketing operations, ensuring that our HubSpot CRM platform is operating at peak performance. Your mission is to optimize our marketing workflows, lead management processes, and campaign effectiveness through expert administration and innovative use of systems. By doing so, you will empower our marketing and sales teams to achieve their goals with precision and efficiency
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Create, update, and optimize workflows, lead scoring, and automation processes to enhance marketing efficiency.
- Help to develop and manage email lists, ensuring segmentation and targeting align with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with ABM, Events, and Content teams to streamline processes and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing operations and workflows.
- Assist the SDR team by ensuring lead data and insights are accurately captured and leveraged for Salesforce.
- Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for any HubSpot-related issues or questions.
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM administration and management.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in email marketing, segmentation, and campaign management.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in ABM, Events, and Content.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and report on key performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration with HubSpot.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide training and support to team members.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Fluency in Egnslish language.
