The Graphic Designer Officer will support the Marketing team in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to promote ZainCash products and services to the Iraqi market. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including content creation, social media management, media relations, and event coordination.

Content Creation:

  • Assist in the development and production of high-quality marketing content, including website copy, brochures, flyers, social media posts, press releases, and video scripts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and maintain ZainCash's social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging social media content and monitor online conversations.
  • Run social media campaigns and track their performance.

Media Relations:

  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key media outlets.
  • Draft and distribute press releases to relevant media channels.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare media reports.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including conferences, workshops, and roadshows.
  • Coordinate logistics, such as venue booking, vendor selection, and event materials.

Brand Awareness:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of brand awareness campaigns.
  • Monitor brand mentions and manage brand reputation.

Project Support:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Marketing Communications team.
  • Assist with other marketing and communications projects as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative and innovative thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for the mobile financial services industry (preferred). 
  • Video creation skills (a plus)
