Job Purpose:

To support the design, implementation, and monitoring of people development initiatives and performance management processes that enhance employee capabilities, drive organizational effectiveness, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Learning & Development:

  • Assist in assessing training needs across departments and creating annual training plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Track employee participation and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of leadership development and succession planning programs.

 

 

2. Performance Management:

  • Administer the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle in alignment with company policy.
  • Support managers and employees in setting SMART objectives and KPIs.
  •  Monitor completion of performance reviews and provide reporting/analytics to HR and management.
  • Participate in calibration meetings and ensure fair and consistent evaluation practices.

 

 

3. Talent Development & Engagement:

  • Identify high-potential employees and support career development frameworks.
  • Contribute to employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain updated records of competencies, training outcomes, and development plans.

 

 

4. Systems & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update performance and training data in the HRIS system.
  • Generate reports on learning hours, performance trends, and other KPIs as required.
  • Support digital learning platforms and monitor employee usage and feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in L&D or performance management within an HR function.
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, training evaluation models, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
