About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a strategic business initiative at Kriya, to deliver on key company goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, as an Operating Principal, you will have dedicated resources to solve complex business problems. This is a diverse role where you will work across many functions to start or scale business lines and drive strategic projects to completion. This role is suited to people who want autonomy to lead on complex tasks and pursue their interest in financial services and technology within an entrepreneurial setting.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying growth and revenue opportunities
  • Building and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growth
  • Leading multi-discipline teams to execute on key company goals

What you'll need

  • A STEM or another quantitative degree from a top-tier university
  • At least 3 years previous experience in an Investment Banking/Private Equity, Strategy consulting or relevant fintech company
  • A track record of working with cross-functional teams to get hard projects done
