Your Mission
We are looking for experienced, thoughtful, and results-oriented Partnership Onboarding Manager. The person on this position will manage the flow of our commercial relationships with our partners.
- Assist Partners with the initial activation and setup of their partnership with Nuvei
- Guide Partners through the strategic marketing and sales decisions needed for a successful implementation and integration
- Respond to and resolve Partner concerns and issues in a timely and courteous manner
- Track and document the full length of the Partner onboarding process
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization of partner onboarding
- Support planning and progress tracking by preparing regular reports and contributing to roadmap execution
- Schedule recurring meetings, manage deliverables/milestones, escalate risks and issues, and ensure relevant stakeholders are engaged for successful delivery
- Act as liaison between departments to ensure smooth coordination
- Provide clear and professional communication both internally and externally
- Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and video channels
Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless handoff from Channels Sales to onboarding;
- Assist Partners with the initial activation and setup of their partnership with Nuvei;
- Guide Partners through the strategic marketing and sales decisions that must be made to deliver a successful implementation and integration;
- Respond and resolve Partner concerns and issues in a timely and courteous manner;
- Track and document the full length of the Partner onboarding process;
- Define areas for improvement and optimization of partner onboarding;
- Manage resourcing against a roadmap, and drive consistent leadership updates through weekly reporting and quarterly reviews;
- Setup recuring meetings, manage deliverables/milestones, escalate risks and issues, ensure relevant stakeholders are involved to ensure a successful delivery.
- Act as liaison between different departments.
