We are currently recruiting for a Payment Processing Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in payments or back-office operations within the financial sector. You will be working within an established team that is the back office of our operations, receiving ample support so that you can be successful in your role. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, be detail oriented whilst also being personable and confident individual. You will be joining a team where your ideas will be welcomed and valued.

Payment Processing 

Opening, processing, and funding accounts on behalf of clients, including: 

  • Check high-value transactions to fund the accounts opened 
  • Recording confirmations of transactions on our systems 
  • Confirming with internal teams on all payments executed daily 
  • Communicating with banking partners regarding account openings and the execution of payments to and from them 

 

Platform Management 

  • Uploading interest earnt to client accounts portfolio 
  • Updating platform entries to reflect deposits and withdrawals to client accounts 
  • Ensuring accurate recordings of product references and dates in line with deposits 
  • Uploading client deposits to the platform in line with internal processes  
  • Managing and circulating posts and cheques received into the office 

 

We work in an FCA regulated environment, handling millions of pounds of client cash every day so we need bright, high-quality individuals. 

Experience and skills required for the role: 

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience with excel 
  • Able to work without supervision, focusing on the interactions between different parts of the business and our banking partners, to deliver the required outcomes 
  • Accuracy and excellent attention to detail

Working Pattern 

  • Hybrid working pattern in the London office, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
