Key responsibilities of a Payment & Settlement Specialist:
- Monitor daily balances of various banks and payment methods
- Process client withdrawals, domestic and cross-border payments, and oversee deposit transactions
- Advise on payment-related issues, ensuring accurate record-keeping of client orders and correspondence
- Add client bonuses and make necessary corrections related to client transactions
- Check settlements from payment providers to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve payment and settlement-related matters
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in back office, treasury, accounting, or financial services
- Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus!)
- Excellent time-management skills, attention to detail
- Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for accuracy
