We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and motivated Intern to join our People Experience team! This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR matters in a local and regional setup while contributing to key projects and initiatives. You will work closely with professionals in the field, learning practical skills, and gaining exposure to real-world challenges and solutions.

What you will do:

1. Intern Training Management

  • Track and monitor intern training completions, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.
  • Send reminders and follow-ups to drive compliance with training deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to align training schedules with intern manpower planning.

2. Intern Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all intern engagement activities in Malaysia.
  • Plan, organize, and execute initiatives that enhance the intern experience and strengthen the intern community.

3. Grants and Local Training Support

  • Assist the Learning & Development team in managing offline training activities linked to grant programs.
  • Provide operational support to ensure seamless execution of grant-related training sessions.

4. Engagement Monitoring

  • Support the tracking and reporting of local employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and measure program effectiveness.

5. Office Move Support (Kuala Lumpur)

  • Assist with administrative and logistical tasks related to the Kuala Lumpur office relocation, including inventory management and packing coordination.

6. People Experience Operations (PxOps) Support

  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to the broader People Experience team.
  • Support the smooth execution of internal HR and employee experience initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment law is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or/and Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to undergo 6 months internship period.
