We are seeking for enthusiastic professionals, with energy, who are results driven and have can-do attitude, who want to be part of a team of likeminded individuals who are delivering solutions in an innovative and exciting environment. As the People Operations Director you will lead and support a multinational team, by overseeing all aspects of the People Operations function and showing commitment and enthusiasm, while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.

What you will do

  • Strategic Alignment: Align current and future organizational structure and human capital requirements to the company business objectives and strategy.
  • Leadership: Lead a multinational people operations department, ensuring effective management and collaboration across various regions.
  • Executive Support: Provide strategic People Operations support to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. Assist in developing leadership capabilities and succession planning.
  • Workforce Development: Identify and implement projects and initiatives to create a high-performing workforce. Lead global People Operations projects such as performance reviews and training and development programs.
  • Corporate Planning: Develop corporate plans for various People Operations matters, including compensation, benefits, health, and safety.
  • Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process globally, ensuring alignment with the organizational and human capital strategy.
  • People Operations Initiatives: Oversee all People Operations initiatives, systems, and processes to ensure they support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Internal Communications: Support and implement methods for improving internal communications to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Policy Management: Design, evaluate, implement, and maintain People Operations policies and procedures to ensure they meet organizational needs and comply with global employment legislation.

What you will bring

  • 7+ years of experience in leading an HR department of a Tech company.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic high-growth environment with aggressive timelines.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles, best practices and employment legislation globally.
  • Master’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management / Economics / Business Administration, or a related field.
  • The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written and fluent in English.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
