Product Designer

• Be responsible for the product visual design and quality.
• Participate in product planning and research, be able to develop a high quality design style in the project, and form design guidelines and promote it within the team.
• Sensitive to the product user experience, have a good understanding of product data indicators, based on the analysis to propose optimization solutions, and continue to improve the product experience.
• Be able to explore the future development and design direction of the product, creative design for forward-looking products, and participate in the team's professional development and knowledge dissemination.

• Strong logical thinking ability, communication ability, driving ability and learning ability.
• Strong internal drive, sense of responsibility, big heart, able to bear greater work pressure and work intensity, not picking up jobs.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory.
• Experience in back-end logic design and strategic product design.
• Experience in derivatives is preferred.
