Risk Control Tech Lead

1. 团队建设:
1. 作为风控团队的技术1号位,从无到有组建风控团队。
2. 在团队组建过程中,设定团队的目标和绩效标准,培养和激励团队成员。
2. 风险管理平台搭建:
1. 负责风控系统和平台的设计与搭建,确保系统能够有效应对各类风险。
2. 开发与实施全面的风险管理策略,包括市场风险、信用风险和操作风险等。
3. 协助产品开发:
1. 与产品团队紧密合作(如有合适的产品经理候选人可考虑),确保技术和产品的紧密结合。
2. 确保风控需求在产品设计中的有效实现。
4. 技术与系统优化:
1. 在现有技术架构中引入风控机制,确保其高效、稳定,并支持未来的扩展。
2. 运用数据分析技术,监控系统运行状态,识别和预防潜在风险。
5. 经验与合规性:
1. 具备丰富的风控经验,尤其是在c/r/y/p/t/o交易所或互联网金融领域。
2. 确保风控措施符合行业法规及最佳实践。

1. 计算机科学、金融、风险管理或相关领域的本科及以上学历。
2. 至少5年的风控工作经验,有数字货币交易所经验者优先,互联网背景亦可考虑。
3. 熟悉Java及相关技术栈,能够独立负责系统与平台搭建。
4. 具备出色的分析能力和问题解决能力,能在压力下高效工作。
5. 拥有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
