As a member of the Risk Operations Support team, you will contribute by performing essential operational tasks involved in processing the SME loan applications we receive.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Information scraping and encoding of client-submitted documents
- Encoding large volumes of data with speed and accuracy
- Quality checks on encoded data (spotting discrepancies in numbers, and repairing / editing spotted errors)
- Storing of files systematically
- Running of credit checks
- Other tasks in relation to daily operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Good communication skills
- Can keep up with a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines and targets
- Prior experience in reading financial statements and proficiency in excel are huge pluses!
