Reporting to the QA Commercial Operations Team Manager, you will be part of a team of 8 whose mission is to help accelerate growth in the Commercial team (Marketing, Sales and Customer Success)

Your mission within Kantox:
- Ensure data integrity through cleaning, deduplication, and validation.
- Design and manage Salesforce Flows to automate processes and replace legacy automation methods.
- Manage security settings, including roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Oversee sandbox management and deployments using Change Sets, DevOps, or CI/CD.
- Configure and integrate Salesforce with external systems for seamless data flow.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation for system enhancements.
Who you are:
- 2-5 years as a Salesforce Administrator with ADM-201 certification.
- Experience with Data Loader, Flow Builder, SOQL, and security features.
- Knowledge of change management and deployment best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
