About the role

You will be joining a tight-knit Corporate Finance & Strategy Team. As our Senior Corporate Strategy, you will get a chance to be directly involved in strategic projects, with exposure to C levels and key stakeholders. Deep analytical skills, managing multiple projects, understanding of company balance scorecard or other performance management, and the ability to present insights are a must-have to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

Performance Management

  • Assist Business Units identify and monitor growth driver
  • Assist Business Units creating business and financial model
  • Liaise with FP&A team prioritizing budget for key projects/BU.

Research, Analysis, and Administrative Support

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting
  • Evaluate industry benchmarks and best practices
  • Maintain databases, dashboards, and tools for tracking strategic initiatives.

Strategic Planning

  • Assist in preparing strategic planning materials, including presentations and reports
  • Analyze financial, operational, tech/product trends, and industry data to formulate long-term strategy

● 1-3 years working experience

● Experience in strategy, management consulting, VC/PE

● Knowledge of strategic frameworks

● Ability to interpret business/operational models into key indicators

● Excellent presentation & communication skills

● Ability to work independently and proactive

● Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time

● Knowledge of basic financial reports & accounting principles
