What we expect from you:

·       Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties with a focus on C&B administration, payroll, P-fund administration, taxation, insurance renewal etc.

·       Assist in annual HR projects including manpower planning, budget preparation, performance management and salary proposal etc.

·       Prepare regular HR reports for management review

·       Responsible for ad-hoc HR projects e.g. system development, review of policies, procedures and guidelines

·       Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities

·       Any other tasks as deem necessary by manager

·       1. 完整人事招募任用流程(包含離職作業)。

·       2. 績效作業流程管理及績效改善面談執行。

·       3. 出勤、保險/薪資及扣繳申報相關作業。

·       4. 流程改善、管理規章辦法建立與修訂。

·       5. 勞資會議成立及定期召開會議。

·       6. 員工關係活動準備與支援。(如每季員工活動規劃、尾牙/春酒等)

·       7. 人資、辦公室庶務、行政、採購等作業。

·       8. 各類款項申請作業。

·       9. 其他主管交辦事項。

Our Requirements:

·       5 years of experience in HR related role

·       2 years’+ solid experience in payroll and benefits administration

·       Experience in using HRIS NUEiP and/ or Bamboo HR is an advantage

·       Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

·       Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

·       Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills

·       Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility.

·       Immediately available will be an advantage.

·       1、5年以上HR經驗;

·       2、薪資作業(實際作業)2年以上;

·       3、對資料敏感,工作細緻,條理清晰;

·       4、適應性高、執行力強、抗壓能高,具高溝通、協調能力,以完成任務為目標;

·       5、HRIS使用NUEiP、Bamboo經驗者佳;

·       6、英文需中等以上,精通者尤佳。
