We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our fast-growing Product team. The ideal candidate would have experience developing and launching SME lending products in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have a deep passion for user experience and experience building for viral take up! You’re comfortable managing through influence, and are energised by cross-functional environments.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for onboarding processes in digital lending.
    • This includes working with cross-functional teams to set the vision, prioritize features, and ensure the onboarding product aligns with business goals.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape related to onboarding in digital lending to inform product development.
    • Conduct research and analysis to understand user pain points, regulatory changes, and industry innovations that could improve the onboarding experience.
  • Design user-friendly onboarding interfaces and optimize the process based on user feedback and usability testing.
    • Focus on creating intuitive, efficient, and compliant user journeys that reduce friction and enhance the customer experience during onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with South East Asian digital lending regulations for onboarding processes.
    • Stay updated on regional legal requirements (e.g., data privacy, KYC, AML) and ensure the onboarding product adheres to all relevant standards.
  • Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for onboarding, such as conversion rates, time to complete onboarding, and customer satisfaction, to assess success and make data-driven improvements.
    • Use analytics and feedback to continuously refine the onboarding process and achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on onboarding project updates, success metrics, and any potential risks.
    • Provide clear, timely updates to ensure alignment and address any issues that may impact the onboarding product's performance or delivery.

What we are looking for:

  • >4 years of product management experience, with a focus on Fintech or digital lending
  • MS/BS degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and launching new tech products and managing the end-to-end technical product lifecycle
  • Experience in designing and optimizing onboarding processes for digital lending platforms
  • Deep knowledge of digital lending regulations and compliance requirements in South East Asia
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Agile methodologies
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
