Job Purpose:
To plan and implement training, development, and performance evaluation strategies to ensure institutional capacity building and enhance both individual and organizational performance in alignment with the company’s goals, values, and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
First: In the Area of Training & Development:
- Analyze training needs at the individual, departmental, and organizational levels.
- Prepare the annual training plan and determine the required budget and resources.
- Design and implement internal and external training programs aligned with professional goals.
- Manage relationships with training providers and ensure training content quality.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of training on employee and organizational performance.
- Oversee leadership development programs and career pathways.
Second: In the Area of Performance Management:
- Develop and implement an effective performance evaluation system based on competencies and/or performance indicators.
- Schedule and monitor the annual evaluation cycle and ensure managers’ adherence.
- Analyze evaluation results and provide recommendations to management regarding promotions, rewards, or improvement plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback between employees and managers.
- Prepare performance reports, identify trends, and analyze competency gaps.
Third: General and Administrative Tasks:
- Develop training and performance evaluation policies and procedures in line with local and international standards.
- Manage the training and development budget and ensure efficient utilization.
- Provide technical and consultative support to various departments in development and evaluation areas.
- Lead and develop the department’s team, delegate tasks, and supervise execution.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training or performance evaluation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Advanced knowledge of analysis and evaluation tools, and performance metrics at individual and
- organizational levels
- Ability to develop strategic plans and align them with performance outcomes.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in using training and performance management systems.
