The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks and sourcing candidates through various channels. • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and develop innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Shadow recruitment screens and intake meetings to gain insights into interview planning and best practices.
• Manage job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on various career platforms.
• Support the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks, including background and reference checks.
• Fresh graduate with a degree in Psychology or a related field.
• At least one prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and processes.
• Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
• Open-minded, resilient, and excited by new challenges.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a talent for building strong relationships.
