Your daily activities as Team Leader will be:
- Administrative functions.
- Administration of non-direct subordinates in the office (marketing, support, translations, analytics and training).
- Maintaining and achieving/exceeding the targets within the assigned team, territory and customers.
- Organization of search, hiring/firing of employees in the country.
- Budget planning (annually and adjustments once a quarter).
- Setting goals for the sales team (every month/quarter).
- Forecasting and developing sales targets; projecting expected volume and cash flow.
- Developing business by exploring high-potential areas for revenue generation (incl. IB business).
- Managing, leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our client base. (This includes but not exclusively client events, regular team briefings, recruitment, training, scheduling and assigning employees o various tasks, following up and appraising job results, etc.).
- Constant monitoring of staff communication with the client, improving that according to the strategy.
- Regular analysis and processing of key figures (CRM, BI, etc.) to measure success and initiate improvement measures.
- Analyse trends and competitor activities on local market.
- Follow annual plan and budget for the country.
- Manage operational risks in line with local regulatory requirements for legal and financial processes.
- Implement control mechanisms of the operations and conduct periodic assessment of activities.
- Responsibility for all issues and tasks related to the operations, including the relationship with the local authorities of the country.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities as per the guidelines set out by the regulator and the compliance department.
- Collaboration with other departments (e.g. marketing) for better implementation of their measures.
- Proofreading and taking responsibility on all materials in local language during implementation process.
- Communication of company’s culture and reinforcement of employee’s contribution to the company.
You are best for this role if you are:
- Fluent in Hungarian and English languages.
- Leadership skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, negotiation and management skills.
- Customer service and sales orientation.
- Deep understanding of the local market & regulation (certificates are the plus).
- Min. 3 years experience in the managing position in finance sector.
- Knowledgeable in Financial Markets and have an interest to progress in the financial services industry.
- Self-motivated and target driven person.
