We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Project Manager to lead our technical and AI initiatives across multiple teams and external vendors. Reporting directly to the VP of Product and Technology, in this role, you will manage complex technical projects and integrations, ensuring seamless collaboration between product, software engineering, operations, analytics, marketing, and infrastructure teams. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution, from planning to delivery, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. In addition, you will work closely with the infrastructure team to manage technical dependencies and maintain project momentum. This position is suited for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, top notch business acumen with external vendors, a passion for AI, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, organized, and an excellent communicator, capable of reinforcing project/task accountability, and bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams. Experience in technical project management is required, along with a foundation in IT infrastructure and vendor management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP or similar certification.
  • 4+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on IT, infrastructure, data-driven projects, or AI/ML.
  • Intermediate understanding of AI/ML technologies, and a strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and infrastructure requirements.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, AWS bedrock, Google AI Platform, etc.).
  • Familiarity with APIs, and AI integration tools.
  • Proven experience in managing technical projects across cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Airtable, etc.) and Agile methodology.
  • Leadership experience in driving large-scale projects and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Must be highly adaptable and experienced collaborating cross-culturally, working with U.S. and offshore teams.
  • Experience managing teams both domestically and internationally is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex, technical challenges
  • English proficiency

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
