As a Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in equipping our client-facing support teams with the soft and hard skills required to excel in their roles. You will develop, maintain, and deliver engaging training programs to ensure team members have the necessary technical expertise and professional competencies.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain training materials for soft skills, technical skills, processes and tools training
• Deliver training sessions to 1st Level and 2nd Level Support teams, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to support clients effectively
• Assess training needs and tailor programs to enhance team performance
• Deliver training sessions to the company’s clients where needed
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments
• Keep training content up to date with the latest industry trends and company tools
• Collaborate with team leads and managers to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities
• Support onboardingprograms for new hires in the Technical Support teams

 What you will bring

• Previous experience in a Technical Trainer, or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, Education or another related field
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner
• Basic understanding of SQL, Linux, and networking concepts
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective soft skills training
• Passion for developing others and fostering a continuous learning culture
• Ability to create structured training plans and deliver engaging presentations
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS tools, and instructional design principles is a plus
