About the Job

As an Account Manager for the BaaS team at Unlimit, you'll build and maintain long-term relationships with our partners, providing tailored solutions that drive growth and optimize performance. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to ensure partners' needs are met and exceeded. You'll work closely with partners to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, driving innovation and maintaining a customer-first approach. This role requires high motivation, creativity, and a strong ability to solve complex challenges while prioritizing business growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Build Relationships – Develop strong, long-term relationships with partners and key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
  • Drive Growth – Identify opportunities for optimization and growth, working closely with partners to improve performance and results.
  • Provide Exceptional Service – Maintain excellent communication with partners to ensure they feel supported and valued.
  • Support Negotiations – Collaborate with partners to manage contracts, address issues, and maintain a client-focused approach.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with internal teams to prioritize client needs and deliver timely solutions.
  • Represent Unlimit – Uphold the company’s values, promote a positive culture, and serve as a trusted advisor to partners.


Who You Are
  • Tech-Savvy –  You have a solid understanding of modern technologies, especially those relevant to the financial services industry, and are comfortable working with digital solutions.
  • Experience in Financial Services – A background in the financial sector is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent English Skills – Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English are essential for partner interactions.
  • Business-Oriented – You’re focused on business outcomes and can navigate negotiations with ease.
  • Problem Solver – You enjoy tackling challenges and providing simple, effective solutions.
