ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)

Leads Generation

- Prospects for potential projects/programs with National Government Agencies and/or Government Owned and Controlled Corporations using various direct methods such as cold-calls and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking

- Conducts presentations to managers and decision makers

- Influences the inclusion of GCash services in the project’s/program’s construct

Account Management

- Scopes and understands the key policies and processes in the government on digital payment adoption

- Creates reference/communication materials that can be shared to target new government partners to promote and clarify the how’s of digital payment adoption

Project Management

- Coordinates with internal teams to align execution requirements and timelines of projects

- Monitors and ensures the timely implementation of key public sector projects

- Responds and acts on the immediate resolution of escalated issues or challenges

- Responds to email within 24hours

- Returns calls and replies to SMS within 4hours

- Discerningly escalates unresolved or more complex concerns within 48hours except in critical cases wherein the IS should immediately be informed for proper handling.

- Ensures that partners/stakeholders updated on promos, new services, and tech updates

Partner Relationship Management

- Develops and maintains strong business relationships with key decision makers by establishing regular engagement meetings and activities

- Participates in industry events to build better engagement with partners and deeper understanding

Reporting

- Submits complete and accurate reports on time (i.e. sales call plan, pipeline, accounts profile)

- Provides feedback on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers

- Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation

Basic Industry Knowledge

– Ability to understand the customer needs, operations and ecosystem based on general relevant industry trends.

Deep understanding of client needs and product knowledge

– Ability to identify customer needs and relate it to product offerings which will be beneficial for the customer.

- Able to carry a face to face discussion and basic negotiation with key contacts

– Ability to influence, lead and manage people across the organization in executing account programs or initiatives

- Able to get the organization to help achieve desired results or resolve issues for the customer.
