Associate Product Manager (Tokenization / RWA)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent top-tier university graduates (e.g., China 985 universities) or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in crypto/Web3 who has strong interest in RWA/ Tokenisation and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Institutional products.
• Conduct market research and analyze user needs in the blockchain space.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Help prioritize product features based on business and customer impact.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university (e.g., China 985, global top 100).
• 0-2 years (open to fresh graduates with strong passion for crypto/Web3).
• Basic understanding of crypto
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguity.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
