Job Description
Our Aussie Store Brokers are trusted experts in their local communities, helping Australians find, buy and own property with confidence. With over 76% of home loans now settled by brokers and Aussie’s property hub offering now supporting customers across the entire homeownership lifecycle, our Aussie brokers have never been more in demand.
Our retail stores across the region are growing, and we’re looking for motivated brokers to join the team and contribute to the next phase of growth.
Working as a broker in an Aussie retail store, you will:
Manage customer enquiries and provide expert lending advice
Support customers through the entire loan journey, from application to settlement
Leverage Aussie property hub to connect customers with key products and services across the property purchasing journey including buyer’s agents and conveyancing
Build relationships in the local community to create referral partnerships and grow your pipeline
This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity, where you will have the opportunity to build your own thriving business.
Qualifications
To thrive as an Aussie Store Broker, you’ll need:
A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it - we can help!)
A background in sales or customer service roles
Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your retail store
A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
Unrestricted Australian working rights
