ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Distributive Trade Management
Develop and implement distributive trade strategies to expand market reach and increase product distribution
Cultivate high-level relationships with industry stakeholders to enhance GCash’s market presence and acceptance
Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
Oversee the analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and product distribution
Establish KPI for distributive trade activities, regularly reviewing performance and providing insights to senior management on progress and challenges
Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential challenges in distribution, including compliance and fraud prevention
Optimize resource allocation for distributive trade initiatives, ensuring effective use of budget and headcount.
Trade Marketing
Define and implement a robust trade marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility and drives user engagement across various channels
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing Teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective execution of initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop trade marketing plans and promotional strategies that drive brand awareness and product demand.
Oversee the execution of trade marketing campaigns, including point-of-sale materials, in-store promotions, and merchandising activities
Leverage consumer insights and analytics to inform trade marketing strategies, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
Drive innovation in trade promotions, exploring new formats and platforms to engage consumers and retailers effectively.
Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales
Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including merchants and partners, ensuring their needs and feedback are integrated into trade marketing strategies
