Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team and help shape the development and integration of a Core Ledger solution within our new Core Banking platform. This is a greenfield project offering a unique opportunity to build and design the platform from the ground up. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless financial transaction processing and robust accounting functionality.
What you'll do:
Lead discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements for the Core Ledger solution.
Create and document user stories in JIRA, ensuring alignment with the overall Core Banking platform architecture.
Assess and document risks, dependencies, and impacts across processes and teams, proactively mitigating issues.
Propose and design effective Core Ledger solutions that meet business goals while considering scalability, security, and compliance.
Map current and proposed customer journeys and workflows in Confluence.
Collaborate with project teams to manage timelines, scope, and resources to ensure successful delivery of Core Ledger initiatives.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
Support QA testing, validate solutions, and ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in Core Ledger solutions.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in Core Banking platforms).
Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
Strong documentation skills, with the ability to interpret and document technical processes.
A track record of supporting complex projects from discovery to delivery.
