We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team! Your mission will be to drive customer engagement, seamlessly guiding them through the entire journey—from initial meetings to successful integration and ongoing support. This role is focus on technical and implementation aspects of the process.

What will you do?
  • Understand Customer Needs: Analyze and uncover the unique business needs of our customers to provide tailored solutions.
  • Integration Oversight: Lead and monitor the integration process for key customers, ensuring a smooth transition and a stellar experience.
  • Strategic Business Cases: Develop and prioritize compelling Business Cases focused on financial products and innovative solutions.
  • Identify Trends: Spot emerging business trends and potential areas for growth, contributing to our strategic initiatives.


What we are looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales engineering or implementation specialist within the e-commerce or payments sector.
  • A technical background, especially with API experience.
  • Proven track record in crafting effective business development plans and nurturing partnerships.
  • Strong planning abilities to efficiently implement operational changes and enhance business development efforts.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a dynamic environment.
