Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities (promote and sell Unlimit Accounts) among SMEs and large enterprises in tech, startups, VC-backed firms, investment companies, and e-commerce businesses
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new business partners
  • Leverage existing networks to build a strong pipeline for IBAN onboarding.
  • Analyze client businesses from websites or introductory calls to quickly understand their monetization models and risk profiles
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, including documentation requirements for Hong Kong and Singapore entities
  • Ensure full compliance with KYC/KYB standards and keep updated on local regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to facilitate smooth account openings and ongoing client relationship management
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Regional ManagerClient Relationship Manager, or Business Development Lead in the banking or corporate service provider sector
  • Deep understanding of Hong Kong and Singapore corporate structures and related documentation
  • Strong working knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML procedures, and business risk assessment
  • Ability to assess a company’s business model and revenue strategy.
  • Established connections within the SME, startup, and VC ecosystems across Hong Kong and APAC
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
  • Must be based in Hong Kong
